Sales Development Rep

Build SecUnit's outbound engine by identifying, engaging, and qualifying healthcare security prospects.

About the Role

SecUnit is building its outbound engine. We are looking for a Sales Development Rep to identify, engage, and qualify prospects in the healthcare security space, feeding pipeline to our account executives.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify target accounts in the healthcare industry
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social to book qualified meetings
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to account executives
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign targeting and messaging
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track activity metrics

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years in a sales development, BDR, or lead generation role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
  • Organized, metrics-driven, and eager to learn
  • Interest in cybersecurity or healthcare technology

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
  • Familiarity with sales tools (Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Understanding of the healthcare IT landscape
  • Prior experience selling to security or compliance buyers
