Head of Marketing
Build and lead SecUnit's marketing function across brand, content, demand generation, and community.
About the Role
SecUnit is looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. You will own brand, content, demand gen, and community, shaping how the healthcare security market discovers and understands SecUnit.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute SecUnit's marketing strategy across brand, content, demand gen, and community
- Build the marketing team: hire, mentor, and set the bar for quality
- Own positioning and messaging for a technical product in a highly regulated industry
- Drive pipeline growth through content marketing, events, partnerships, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with sales, product, and security research to align go-to-market efforts
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience marketing technical or security products to enterprise buyers
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Proven track record of building pipeline and brand in early-stage or growth-stage companies
- Excellent writing and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity or healthcare marketing
- Understanding of HIPAA, compliance, and healthcare buying cycles
- Background in developer or infrastructure marketing
- Existing network in the healthcare security community
