Customer Success / Sales

Manage post-sale relationships while identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring healthcare customers get maximum value from SecUnit.

About the Role

SecUnit is looking for a hybrid Customer Success / Sales professional to manage post-sale relationships while identifying expansion opportunities. You will be the primary point of contact for healthcare customers, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.

What You'll Do

  • Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve their security outcomes
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and executive check-ins
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and feature requests
  • Support the sales team with references, case studies, and proof points

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or sales within B2B SaaS
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfort with both retention-focused and revenue-focused goals
  • Analytical mindset: ability to use data to drive customer health and engagement
  • Experience managing a book of business with enterprise accounts

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or healthcare technology
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms (Gainsight, Vitally, Totango)
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
  • Technical aptitude for understanding security products
