Customer Success Manager

About the Role

Healthcare organizations depend on SecUnit to protect their most critical infrastructure. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers achieve their security goals and realize the full value of the platform.

What You'll Do

  • Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal for a portfolio of healthcare accounts
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and executives
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to retention
  • Drive adoption of new features and capabilities across your accounts
  • Create and deliver training, documentation, and best-practice guides
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, informing product roadmap and support priorities

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management for B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts in regulated or technical industries
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Data-driven approach to customer health and engagement

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cybersecurity or healthcare products
  • Understanding of HIPAA, compliance, and healthcare IT infrastructure
  • Technical aptitude for understanding security concepts and workflows
  • Experience with customer success platforms and analytics
