Content and Growth Marketer
Turn our research into the reason hospital security teams find us, and the ten-dollar start into a habit.
Why this role exists
Most of our customers arrive through something we wrote: a breach post-mortem, a zero-day timeline, a piece of device research. That works and it is not systematic. Nobody owns the calendar, the newsletter, the path from a post to a ten-dollar start, or what happens in the week after. We want one person to own the whole loop and make it measurable.
What you'll be doing
- Own the research blog as a publication: the calendar, the editing, and the standard that every piece has something in it a reader could not get elsewhere.
- Own the dispatch, our newsletter, and grow it with people who actually work in healthcare security.
- Build the path from reading to trying: what a reader sees after a post, what a ten-dollar start sees in the first week, and where people drop.
- Work with the researchers and analysts who do the underlying work. You make it legible; you do not make it up.
- Measure everything and kill what does not work.
How we work
We are a small team and marketing has the same standard as research: true, specific, sourced. We do not publish content for volume. We are remote-first with a few hours of overlap with Tel Aviv.
What we need from you
- You have grown an audience for a technical product with writing you can show us.
- You can edit an engineer's draft into something a CISO will finish, without losing what made it correct.
- You are comfortable with analytics and honest with the numbers.
- Security or healthcare experience is a plus; the ability to learn the domain fast is required.
How hiring works
Apply with the form on this page; a resume, a few lines on why this role, and two pieces you are proud of are enough. If it looks like a fit, you talk to the hiring manager, then spend a paid working session on a real problem from our backlog, then meet one of the founders. We tell you where you stand at each step, and the whole process takes two to three weeks.
